I am writing this letter of praise regarding two of your employees: Thomas and Carlton. I apologize that I did not obtain their last names.
On last Friday, the above-mentioned All-Pro Services employees were sent to my home to install a Columbia gas fired/hot water boiler with electronic ignition.
First, they arrived in a very timely manner and worked 12 hours, non-stop without breaking for lunch. I was extremely impressed with the long hours worked without any breaks. This fact only, is commendable.
Secondly, as far as I can tell, they did an excellent job with the installation. They were extremely neat in performing the tasks and left no debris of any kind upon completion of the job.
Thirdly, both men conducted themselves in an extremely professional manner. They were polite and well mannered. They answered all the question that I had asked of them.
Again, these two employees should be commended for a job well done.

The following is an article written by one of our customers – a featured in the Bowie Blade-News, on January 31st, 2008:
Great Service
Recently I had work done by a heating and air conditioning company, but they had deceived us and told us they were affiliated with All-Pro Services, Inc. They did a heating and air conditioning installation that was a complete mess. When I called All-Pro Services to complain they informed me they were not affiliated with the company.
The owner of All-Pro, Bill Royston, became involved immediately. He came to my home on a Sunday (during playoffs no less) to inspect the work that was done. He found it was not only sloppy, but also illegal and dangerous. He helped me obtain numbers and inspections – information I would have had difficulty obtaining without his help – so I could file my complaints through the proper channels. Once the inspections were done and information was gathered and presented to the other company, they suddenly became willing to remove their completely unacceptable and substandard work and equipment, when they previously told us they would see us in court first.
All-Pro Services did the new install. It was less than 24 hours from the time we received the proposal (delivered personally by Mr. Royston) to the beginning of the installation. Ricky and Thomas were our technicians and they were simply top-notch. They were professional, extremely well-versed in their field, and they were more than thorough. They left the work site cleaner than they found it. Mr. Royston even popped in during the install to make sure everything was going well (and to provide his workers with heat) – how nice is that – and it certainly did.
The installation is beautiful. I’m almost sad it is out in our garage since it looks so nice – and best of all, it is functioning even better than we expected.
I want to thank Bill Royston and the staff of All-Pro Services for their outstanding customer service and for going far above and beyond the call of duty. Mr. Royston took on a situation he certainly had no obligation to and for that I am extremely grateful and cannot thank him enough, but I will do my best by saying that if any of your readers require heating, air conditioning or plumbing services, they would be doing themselves a very big favor by contacting this truly outstanding company. My Mother, Tena Milazzo, asked that I write to you on her behalf to express her deepest appreciation for the kind gesture you showed her by replacing her malfunctioning air conditioner unit at no cost to her. For nine days she experienced problems with the air conditioner cooling system. The source of the problem was finally diagnosed by your expert technicians Rick and Tom as an assembly flaw inside the unit. Repair of this flaw required that a new coil be installed. As a new coil would have to be ordered and its installation would not be completed for several days, you took it upon yourself to bring a brand new unit for Rick and Tom to install. You showed true compassion as you did not want my 93 year old mother to ensure another day without air conditioning during a record setting heat wave. Your exemplary customer service, and the timely completion and excellent workmanship by Rick and Tom, restored our confidence in your company.

A couple of months ago one of your crews replaced a dragon (1930s vintage coal fired/oil fired boiler that weighed 1600 pounds) in my basement with a little green lizard gas boiler. What a relief not to be awakened at 3:00 AM with a dragon roaring loud enough to shake the house. The efficiency and quietness of the lizard in comparison to the dragon is almost immeasurable.
As for the crew that did the work, I have never seen a more efficient hard working and totally capable group of people anywhere. It has been my great experience to have worked with a wide variety of people and I have never seen any group that worked together better than these men. Each man knew his job and how it related in sequence to the other task to be performed and he automatically and immediately did what was was necessary to continue the progression of the work. That they dismantled the dragon, removed it, cleaned up, got the water back on and had heat in the house in one day astounded me. The men that made this crew are indeed pros. They worked together like clockwork and were I in need of any of their skills I would not hesitate to engage any of them to do the work.
The fact that you found a quality boiler that came with a rebate which saved me a considerable amount of money is also very much appreciated. If I am ever in need of any of your type of services I will certainly call you first. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anymore and would be glad to do so.

Install a New Trane/Unico Central Air Conditioning System
We chose to work with Tom and All-Pro for a large project installing a brand new whole-house Unico high velocity system in our 100-year-old DC townhouse. Overall, we are very happy with the work. The system is running great. Installation was done within a week and the workers in the home were all courteous and knowledgeable. They did a particularly good job of cleaning up after themselves each day, which we appreciated.
