Benefits of a Maintenance Agreement
When you enroll in one of our annual maintenance agreements, you will receive:
- A 15% discount on service and repairs: At All-Pro Services, we want to provide you with the best value for your coverage on any future service and repairs, which is why we provide our customers enrolled in one of our agreements with a discount on repairs.
- An annual checkup: All-Pro Services will call to schedule the annual maintenance appointment. Checkups are beneficial to keep your comfort system operating at peak performance and efficiency. Checkups will give you peace of mind knowing that you will be saving money on utility costs. Checkups help to improve home indoor air quality as a result of a cleaner system.
- Preferred service: All-Pro Services guarantees to place service calls for our maintenance agreement customers at the head of the list, reflecting our extra commitment to their total comfort.
15pt. Air-Conditioning Agreement – Electric Air-Conditioner
Enroll in our Air-Conditioning Agreement and you can have the peace of mind that your system is receiving required regular maintenance! This will ensure that your air-conditioning system is operating at its optimum efficiency.
Our annual checkup includes:
- Inspect thermostat operation
- Inspect and replace standard air filters
- Inspect air temperature split across evaporator coil
- Inspect drain pan and drain line
- Inspect evaporator coil
- Inspect condenser coil
- Inspect service valves
- Inspect for possible refrigerant leaks
- Inspect for proper refrigerant levels
- Verify and adjust operating pressures
- Inspect pressure switch cut-off settings
- Inspect proper voltage and amperage
- Inspect safety controls
- Inspect condenser level
- Inspect air supply and return vents

20pt. Heat Pump Agreement – Electric Heat Pump
Ensure that your heat pump is operating efficiently by enrolling in the Heat Pump Agreement! This will increase the longevity of your heat pump.
Our service technician will perform a checkup that includes the following services:
- Inspect thermostat operation
- Inspect and replace standard air filters
- Inspect air temperature split across evaporator coil
- Inspect drain pan and drain line
- Inspect evaporator coil
- Inspect condenser coil
- Inspect service valves
- Inspect for possible refrigerant leaks
- Inspect for proper refrigerant levels
- Verify and adjust operating pressures
- Inspect pressure switch cut-off settings
- Inspect proper voltage and amperage
- Inspect safety controls
- Inspect condenser level
- Inspect motor, fan and compressor
- Inspect air supply and return vents
- Inspect defrost board (fall only)
- Inspect reversing valve (fall only)
- Inspect strip heat (fall only)
- Inspect emergency heat mode (fall only)

Our Combination Agreement provides service for both your home’s air-conditioning and heating systems. With this agreement, our service technician will perform two checkups that include one of each detailed under the Air-Conditioning and Heating Agreements. This ensures the efficiency of two systems for one affordable price!
